I have been their dental customer for a few months. Everybody I have dealt with has been wonderful. I have had some horrible dental experiences in the past, however, the vibe at OCH is very different. Everybody is very caring, friendly & professional. Also, their pricing is on a sliding scale based upon income. However, even if your annual income is high, their pricing is much better than the past 2 dentists I visited in Sacramento (re. Many dentists today are super greedy and care more about what's in your wallet as opposed to providing quality service). If you are looking for a new dentist, please give OCH an opportunity to serve your dental needs. Then, once you are their official/approved customer, you can schedule future appts on their customer portal vs having to call their main # all the time. Thanks for reading this review. I’ve been coming to OCH for about a year now and I have to say they have the most lovely staff. I’ve had interaction with reception, pharmacy, lab, and providers and I’m always impressed at the level of care and professionalism I encounter. I’ve received care at an extensive variety of facilities and I have never felt more heard and cared for than I do at One Community. This is what health care is supposed to look and feel like and I feel so grateful to have found a place that I can implicitly trust with my health, privacy, and overall wellness. It’s a great feeling to not have to worry about battling policy or procedure when seeking medical care and One Community Health and its staff have created a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment far beyond the status quo.

This is a medical community health center where anyone can feel welcomed and treated with respect. The diversity here is one of the best assets this community offers amongst many others. This is a place that you can go to if you have a need to feel connected to the team that has the primary care of your health. I've only been treated with respect and have always walked away from here content that there are people that do care about people. They are dedicated to ensure that they meet the needs of there patients and find ways to help the community grow in the best possible way.

Love this place. It's gotten rather busy and it's hard to get an appointment anytime soon but they always have same day appointments open. Dental apps are super booked out. Case management services are on point and the staff is very friendly. Nutrition classes are great if ulyou can get in. Pharmacy could stay open a little later but overall a great place to go for all uoyour health care seneeds.

Documented Diagnostic Obstruction and Endangerment This facility's leadership presided over a catastrophic failure of care that has left a disabled patient in physical collapse. Previous management allowed for the generation of inaccurate medical records and questionable billing practices that continue to sabotage my safety today. Despite a documented CT scan from Mercy General (4001 J St) showing a severe anterior hernia at L4-L5 pressing on the L5 nerve root, my physician at this facility suppressed this information for years. He weaponized my agoraphobia and C-PTSD to deny oncology and neurology referrals, insisting on redundant X-rays while I suffered from documented neuropathy and loss of lower-body function. This obstruction led to the accidental discovery of 4cm bilateral thyroid nodules only after years of gatekeeping. These nodules, which are now painful and life-threatening, were allowed to grow unmonitored despite my constant reports of hypertension and crisis. Furthermore, my record was populated with false statements regarding substance use, which appears to have been a deliberate attempt to block my access to outside specialists.
